Week of May 17, 2010
Paced In Paced Math this week, we are continuing to explore the world of ratios! We will be learning about unit rates and proportions this week and discovering ways to express these numerical relationships as we solve problems with them.
Course One The last Course One math test of the school year will be this Thursday, May 20th. This test will be on our Measurement Unit and cover the following topics: -The Metric System -The Customary System -Area and Circumference of Circles -Area of Triangles, Parallelograms and Irregular Figures There will be study sessions after school on Wednesday (May 19th) and before school on Thursday (May 20th). Please encourage your student to study and complete the review packet. This is the final academic grade for the year!
